Terms of Purchase

By completing a purchase you agree to all terms below. These Terms of Purchase apply to purchases of Echo Coins and supplement, and should be read together with, the EchoLive Terms of Service and Fee Disclosure. Where these terms and the Terms of Service address the same subject, they are intended to be consistent; the fee shown to you at checkout before you confirm always governs that purchase.

1.Non-Refundable

Echo Coins are a virtual currency issued by EchoLive. All purchases of Echo Coins are final and non-refundable. Once Echo Coins are delivered to your account, they cannot be returned, exchanged for cash, or refunded under any circumstances, except where required by applicable law.

2.Pricing & Service Fees

Echo Coins are sold at a base rate of $1.00 per 100 coins. When you purchase directly through EchoLive, a Service Fee is added to help cover payment-processing costs. The Service Fee is charged by EchoLive, is separate from any fees your bank or payment provider may charge, and is shown to you, together with your order total, before you confirm and pay.

Important Service Fees are current as of the effective date above and may be updated; the fee applicable to a given purchase is always displayed at checkout before you confirm. Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are billed under those stores' own systems and pricing, and EchoLive Service Fees do not apply to those in-app purchases.

3.Sales Tax

Where applicable, state and local sales taxes are calculated and added at checkout based on the billing address you provide. Tax treatment may vary by payment method and jurisdiction, and tax rates are subject to change without notice. You are responsible for any taxes associated with your purchase that are not collected at checkout.

4.Authorized Use

Echo Coins may only be used within the EchoLive platform to send gifts to creators during live streams or reels. Echo Coins have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or traded outside the platform. Use of Echo Coins in violation of EchoLive's Terms of Service may result in account suspension.

5.Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all purchases made on your account. EchoLive is not liable for unauthorized purchases resulting from failure to secure your account credentials. If you believe unauthorized purchases have been made, contact support immediately.

6.Expiry

Echo Coins do not expire while your account remains active. If your account is terminated or suspended for violating EchoLive's Terms of Service, any remaining Echo Coins are forfeited without compensation, except where required by applicable law.

7.Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processors. EchoLive does not store your full card details. By submitting payment, you authorize EchoLive to charge the stated total, including any applicable Service Fee and tax, to your selected payment method.

8.Changes to These Terms

EchoLive reserves the right to modify these Terms of Purchase, including pricing and Service Fees, at any time and at its discretion. The fee and total shown to you at checkout before you confirm govern that purchase. Continued use of the coin purchase feature after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
