1.Coin Purchase Service Fee
When you buy Echo Coins directly through EchoLive using a payment processor, a Service Fee is added to help cover payment-processing costs. This fee is charged by EchoLive, is separate from any fees your bank or card issuer may charge, and is shown to you, together with your order total, before you confirm and pay.
2.Withdrawal Service Fee
When you withdraw your available earnings, a Withdrawal Service Fee applies based on the payout method you choose. This fee helps cover the cost of sending your payout. It is charged by EchoLive and is separate from any fees charged by your own bank or payment provider. Before you confirm a withdrawal, we show you the fee and the exact net amount you will receive.
| Payout method | Withdrawal Service Fee |
|---|---|
| Stripe | $0.75 flat per transaction |
| PayPal | 2% per transaction, capped at $1.00 |
3.How and when fees are shown
- Every fee is displayed at the point of transaction, before you confirm, itemized separately from the amount you are buying or withdrawing.
- For withdrawals, you will always see the net 'amount you will receive' before confirming.
- These fees are EchoLive Service Fees. They are not charged by, or paid to, Stripe or PayPal on your behalf, and are separate from any fees your own bank or payment provider may apply.
- Fees are current as of the effective date below and may change. The fee applicable to any given transaction is always the one shown to you at the time of that transaction.
