1.Contracting Entity
The EchoLive application and all related services (the "Services") are owned, operated, and provided by Echo Live Inc., a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business in Ohio ("Echo Live," "we," "us," or "our").
Echo Live, Inc. is the sole contracting party under the EchoLive Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Creator Agreement, Amplifier Creator Network Agreement, Community Guidelines, and all other agreements and policies governing your use of the Services (collectively, the "Platform Agreements").
2.App Store Seller Information
You may observe that the Apple App Store listing for the EchoLive application currently displays the seller or developer name as "Echo Live LLC" rather than "Echo Live, Inc." This display reflects the legacy name associated with our Apple Developer Program account.
An entity name change request has been submitted to Apple and is pending Apple's review and processing. The timing of that update is controlled solely by Apple and is not within our control.
3.No Effect on Your Agreements
The App Store display name does not create, modify, or transfer any rights or obligations. Specifically:
- (a) Echo Live, Inc. is and remains the entity that offers the Services, contracts with you, and is responsible for performance under the Platform Agreements.
- (b) All references to "EchoLive," "Echo Live," "Echo Live LLC," or any similar designation appearing in App Store metadata, receipts, billing descriptors, or related third-party materials shall be read as references to Echo Live, Inc.
- (c) No agreement, payment, purchase, creator payout obligation, or user right is diminished, voided, or made unenforceable by reason of the App Store display name.
- (d) Your rights and remedies under the Platform Agreements run against Echo Live, Inc.
4.Payments and Purchases
In-app purchases processed through Apple are governed by Apple's terms in addition to the Platform Agreements. Regardless of the seller name displayed at the point of purchase, the underlying virtual goods, coins, and account balances are issued by and are the obligation of Echo Live, Inc.
5.Correction of Discrepancy
We will update this Notice, or remove it, once Apple has completed the seller name update. Until then, this Notice governs any apparent inconsistency between the App Store display name and the entity named in the Platform Agreements.
