1.Sponsor and Tournament Administration
The EchoLive Beta Creator Clash (the “Tournament”) is sponsored and administered by Echo Live Inc. (“Echo,” “Sponsor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Echo will designate one or more Tournament Administrators with authority to supervise scheduling, scoring, check-in, technical incidents, integrity review, disputes, bracket advancement, and prize certification.
The official Tournament support and contact channel for eligibility questions, match disputes, prize administration, and Tournament notices is www.echolivenow.com.
2.Tournament Period and Schedule
The Tournament will be conducted over seven event days, beginning Sunday, September 6, 2026 and ending Saturday, September 12, 2026. Creator pairings and scheduled start times will be published by Echo and incorporated into these Rules by reference.
Each event-night window will run from 8:00 PM through 11:00 PM ET unless Echo announces a schedule adjustment under these Rules.
- Day 1 — Sunday, September 6, 2026 — Round 1A: 16 Round 1 matches.
- Day 2 — Monday, September 7, 2026 — Round 1B: 16 Round 1 matches.
- Day 3 — Tuesday, September 8, 2026 — Round 2: 16 matches.
- Day 4 — Wednesday, September 9, 2026 — Sweet 16: 8 best-of-three series.
- Day 5 — Thursday, September 10, 2026 — Elite 8: 4 best-of-three series.
- Day 6 — Friday, September 11, 2026 — Final Four: 2 best-of-three semifinal series.
- Day 7 — Saturday, September 12, 2026 — Finals Night: 3rd-place series and Championship series.
All published times are Eastern Time (“ET”). Echo may adjust a match start time, event-day order, or other schedule detail when reasonably necessary for technical, operational, integrity, legal, safety, or force-majeure reasons.
3.Eligibility
To participate, a creator must satisfy all of the following at the time of selection and throughout the Tournament:
- Be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- Maintain an active, eligible EchoLive creator account in good standing and not be subject to an active suspension, payout hold, identity restriction, or other status that makes the account ineligible to compete.
- Be legally eligible to participate and receive prize payments in the creator’s jurisdiction. Participation is void where prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
- Complete any identity, age, tax, sanctions, and payout verification required by Echo or its payment providers by the applicable deadline.
- Comply with these Rules, the EchoLive Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Creator/Payout Terms, and all other applicable platform policies.
- Participate using only the creator’s own authorized account. One Tournament entry/position per individual.
- Not be an Echo Live Inc. employee, officer, director, or contractor who is directly involved in administering, scoring, auditing, or deciding disputes for the Tournament, unless Echo expressly approves participation.
Echo may require documentation reasonably necessary to verify eligibility at any time.
4.Creator Selection, Seeding, Bracket Placement, and Alternates
The registration and selection deadline for the Tournament is September 3, 2026. The Tournament consists of sixty-four (64) creators in a single-elimination bracket. Sponsor has sole discretion to determine seeding and bracket placement using Tournament-relevant factors it considers appropriate, including platform activity, battle performance, audience participation, compliance history, and competitive balance. Seeding and bracket placement are administrative decisions and are not subject to creator preference.
Echo Live may designate up to eight (8) alternate creators before the Tournament begins. An alternate may replace a registered creator only before that bracket position has completed its first official Round 1 battle. Once a creator has competed in an official Tournament battle, that bracket position may not be transferred to an alternate.
Echo will document the alternate order internally before the Tournament begins. Alternate designation and substitution decisions are administrative decisions and are not subject to creator preference.
5.Agreement to Rules and Continued Eligibility
Participation constitutes the creator’s acceptance of these Rules. A creator must remain eligible and in good standing through prize payment. If a creator becomes ineligible, violates these Rules, or is suspended or disqualified, Echo may remove the creator from the Tournament and take any bracket or prize action authorized below.
6.Check-In, Lateness, No-Shows, and Forfeits
- Each creator must check in and be ready at least fifteen (15) minutes before the creator’s scheduled match time.
- If a creator is not ready at the scheduled start, a grace period of up to five (5) minutes may be allowed unless Echo has identified a verified Echo-side platform problem or other circumstance requiring a different decision.
- After the grace period, the present and eligible opponent may advance by forfeit unless the Tournament Administrator determines that a delay, restart, or reschedule is justified.
- Creators are responsible for their own device, battery/power, internet connection, local network, account credentials, and other creator-side readiness unless the failure is attributable to EchoLive systems.
Check-in, lateness, no-show, and forfeit decisions will be recorded in Echo’s internal Tournament event log.
7.Competition Format
Each individual battle lasts three (3) minutes, excluding any required overtime. Round 1 and Round 2 are one-and-done. Beginning with the Sweet 16, each matchup is a best-two-of-three series. The first creator to win two individual battles wins the series. Game 3 is played only if the series is tied 1–1 after Games 1 and 2.
- Round 1 — one three-minute battle.
- Round 2 — one three-minute battle.
- Sweet 16 — best 2 of 3.
- Elite 8 — best 2 of 3.
- Final Four — best 2 of 3.
- 3rd-Place Match — best 2 of 3.
- Championship — best 2 of 3.
Diamonds and scores do not carry over from one individual battle to the next within a best-of-three series unless Echo expressly publishes a different scoring mechanic before the Tournament begins.
8.Official Scoring and Final Verified Qualifying Diamonds
The winner of each individual battle is the creator with the greater number of Qualifying Diamonds generated from valid gifts received during the official battle timer, including any official overtime.
For all scoring and cutoff purposes, Echo’s server-authoritative transaction records and timestamps control. The visual appearance of a gift animation, client-side display delay, stream latency, device lag, or other on-screen timing does not override Echo’s server-side record.
“Final Verified Qualifying Diamonds” means Diamonds generated from valid gifts during an official Tournament battle timer or official overtime after Echo completes transaction and integrity review.
- Included: valid gifts generating Diamonds during the official battle timer or official overtime.
- Excluded: refunded, reversed, charged-back, fraudulent, test, administrative, duplicate, or otherwise invalid transactions.
- Excluded: promotional or bonus Diamonds that Echo expressly designates as non-qualifying for Tournament purposes.
- All official Tournament stages count toward the aggregate prize pool: Round 1, Round 2, Sweet 16, Elite 8, Final Four, 3rd Place, Championship, and official overtime.
Match scoring, normal creator Diamond earnings, and Tournament prize-pool accounting are related but separate records. A creator’s match score is based only on the relevant official battle, while the Tournament prize pool is based on all Final Verified Qualifying Diamonds across the Tournament.
9.Tie and Overtime Rules
- If an individual three-minute battle ends tied, a sixty (60)-second overtime battle begins.
- If overtime also ends tied, additional sixty-second overtime periods continue until one creator wins.
- Valid Qualifying Diamonds generated during official overtime count toward both the battle result and the Tournament prize pool.
- Follower count, prior-round score, random selection, or moderator preference will not determine a tied battle winner.
10.Technical Failures, Restarts, Replays, and Rescheduling
If an Echo-side platform or scoring failure materially affects a battle, the Tournament Administrator may pause, restart, replay, reschedule, or otherwise administer the affected battle in a manner reasonably intended to preserve competitive integrity.
Ordinary creator-side device, internet, battery, local-network, or credential failures generally do not require a replay. Echo may nevertheless make a different ruling where documented circumstances justify it.
A restart or replay may reset a battle score to zero for the affected battle unless the Tournament Administrator determines that a different treatment is technically possible, fair, and supported by the system of record. Any material ruling will be documented in the Tournament event log.
11.Prohibited Conduct, Fraud, Collusion, and Integrity Enforcement
The following conduct is prohibited and may result in score adjustment, disqualification, account action, prize withholding, or other remedies:
- Use of stolen, unauthorized, fraudulent, or unlawfully obtained payment methods.
- Chargeback, refund, reversal, or payment-dispute schemes intended to manipulate match results or the prize pool.
- Self-funded, circular, coordinated, reimbursed, or manipulated gifting designed to distort Tournament results.
- Collusion or deceptive coordination between creators, supporters/gifters, related accounts, networks, agents, or other persons that is intended to improperly manipulate Tournament scoring, advancement, or results. Networks, agents, and supporters may legitimately promote, support, and gift creators they represent or favor, provided the activity does not involve fraud, reimbursement arrangements, circular gifting, fake or controlled accounts, predetermined outcomes, or other prohibited manipulation.
- Use of bots, scripts, account farms, automation, exploits, bugs, or artificial activity.
- Creation, purchase, control, or coordination of accounts for the purpose of manufacturing Tournament score.
- Harassment, threats, doxxing, intimidation, or other conduct violating EchoLive policies or law.
- Side agreements that require a creator or gifter to reimburse, share, return, or financially recycle gifting for Tournament manipulation.
Echo may investigate suspicious activity before or after a match result is announced. Echo may remove invalid Diamonds from both the applicable match score and the Tournament prize-pool calculation, adjust results, withhold certification, require a replay, advance an opponent, disqualify a participant, or take other reasonable integrity action supported by documented findings.
12.Tournament Prize Pool and Placement Distribution
The Tournament prize pool is funded by Echo and equals seven percent (7%) of all Final Verified Qualifying Diamonds earned across official Tournament battles, including valid overtime periods. This Tournament prize pool is separate from and additional to creators’ normal Diamond earnings.
Prize Pool Formula: 7% × Final Verified Qualifying Diamonds.
| Placement | Share of Prize Pool | Effective % of Total Qualifying Diamonds |
|---|---|---|
| 1st — Champion | 50% | 3.50% |
| 2nd — Runner-up | 30% | 2.10% |
| 3rd | 15% | 1.05% |
| 4th | 5% | 0.35% |
| TOTAL | 100% | 7.00% |
Tournament prizes are funded by Echo and are additional to creators’ normal Diamond earnings. No portion of a creator’s normal earned Diamond balance is deducted to fund the Tournament prize pool. The Champion will also receive a custom EchoLive Beta Tournament Trophy and will be featured on the EchoLive website.
The 3rd-place match determines 3rd and 4th place. A creator must remain eligible through prize certification and payment.
13.Prize Verification, Certification, Payment, Taxes, and Clawback
Any live or in-app prize-pool display before final verification is an estimate only and should be labeled “Current Estimated Tournament Pot” or “Final Event Estimate.” A displayed amount does not become final merely because the Tournament has ended.
The Final Verified Tournament Prize Pool will be certified after Echo completes transaction, refund, reversal, chargeback, fraud, eligibility, and integrity review. Final placement results may be announced before final prize certification.
Prize payment is subject to completion of all required identity, tax, sanctions, and payout documentation. For winners who have completed all required documentation, Echo will issue approved Tournament prize payments through an Echo-approved creator payout method within seven (7) business days after the Championship match. If required documentation is completed after the Championship match, payment will be issued within seven (7) business days after the required documentation has been received and verified.
Winners are solely responsible for taxes, duties, reporting obligations, and other government charges associated with a prize, except amounts Echo is legally required to withhold or report.
Prizes are non-transferable except where Echo expressly permits otherwise. If a creator is disqualified or becomes ineligible before payment, Echo may adjust placements, advance an opponent, require a replay, reallocate the affected prize based on corrected results, or take another reasonable action consistent with Tournament integrity.
If fraud, chargebacks, reversals, or other invalid activity are discovered after prize payment, Echo may seek repayment, offset future amounts otherwise payable, or use other remedies permitted by the applicable platform terms and law.
14.Supporters, Gifters, and No Financial Interest in Tournament Outcome
Supporters and gifters are not Tournament entrants merely because they send gifts. Gifting is voluntary entertainment activity governed by EchoLive’s applicable coin, gifting, refund, and platform terms.
- A gift does not give the gifter ownership, equity, a prize interest, or a right to receive any portion of a creator’s Tournament prize.
- A gift does not create a right to a financial return based on the Tournament outcome.
- The Tournament outcome does not create an additional refund right beyond rights provided by applicable law or Echo’s platform terms.
- Users may not use EchoLive gifting or Tournament accounts to facilitate wagering, side bets, or financial-return arrangements tied to Tournament results.
15.Creator Publicity, Name, Likeness, and Tournament Content
By participating, and subject to applicable law and EchoLive’s platform terms, a creator authorizes Echo to identify the creator as a Tournament participant and to use the creator’s public username, display name, profile image, likeness, voice, Tournament results, and excerpts of Tournament live content for Tournament administration, recaps, promotion, and related EchoLive marketing. This authorization includes the Champion feature on the EchoLive website.
This section does not transfer ownership of creator content beyond the licenses and permissions granted under EchoLive’s applicable platform terms and these Tournament Rules.
16.Disqualification and Account Standing
Echo may disqualify a creator who violates these Rules, loses eligibility, manipulates the competition, engages in material misconduct, interferes with Tournament administration, or violates applicable EchoLive policies. Disqualification may occur before, during, or after a match and may affect prior results and prize eligibility.
Tournament participation does not limit Echo’s separate authority to moderate, suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts under the EchoLive Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
17.Disputes and Administrative Review
Match results are provisional until certified by the designated Tournament Administrator or scoring authority. A creator who wishes to challenge a match result must submit the dispute through the official Tournament support/contact channel at www.echolivenow.com within fifteen (15) minutes after the result is posted. A challenge submitted after that deadline may be denied as untimely, subject to applicable law.
Echo may review server records, transaction records, moderator logs, stream data, fraud signals, and other relevant information. Administrative decisions are final for Tournament purposes, subject to applicable law and any mandatory dispute rights.
18.Modification, Suspension, Cancellation, and Force Majeure
Echo may modify, suspend, postpone, reschedule, or cancel all or part of the Tournament if fraud, technical failure, cyberattack, platform outage, legal or regulatory requirement, natural disaster, emergency, safety concern, force majeure, or another event outside Echo’s reasonable control materially affects the Tournament.
If practicable, Echo will communicate material changes through the app, official Tournament page, email, creator dashboard, or another reasonable channel. Echo will endeavor to preserve already-earned valid results and the stated prize percentages where doing so is lawful, technically feasible, and consistent with Tournament integrity.
19.Release, Disclaimer, and Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Rules excludes or limits liability or legal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any limitation of liability, warranty disclaimer, indemnification, or release contained in the EchoLive Terms of Service continues to apply to the extent consistent with applicable law.
20.Privacy and Data Use
Echo may collect and use participant information reasonably necessary to administer the Tournament, verify identity and eligibility, process payouts, prevent fraud, comply with tax and legal obligations, communicate Tournament information, and enforce these Rules. Personal information is handled under EchoLive’s applicable Privacy Policy and legal obligations.
21.Governing Terms, Dispute Resolution, and Severability
These Rules supplement the EchoLive Terms of Service and other applicable platform terms. For Tournament-specific matters, these Rules and the Tournament are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent applicable law requires otherwise. The dispute-resolution, forum, arbitration, class-action waiver, and similar provisions in the then-current EchoLive Terms of Service apply to the Tournament to the extent legally enforceable and not expressly superseded by these Rules.
If any provision of these Rules is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the affected provision will be interpreted or limited as necessary to make it enforceable where possible.
22.Order of Precedence and Rule Interpretation
For Tournament-specific matters, these Official Rules control over promotional graphics, social posts, verbal statements, creator messages, or informal summaries. The published bracket and match schedule control for dates, opponents, and start times unless Echo formally updates them.
If a Tournament provision conflicts with a mandatory law, the law controls. If these Rules conflict with the EchoLive Terms of Service on a non-Tournament platform matter, the Terms of Service control unless these Rules expressly state otherwise.
23.Tournament Records and Contact
Echo will maintain an internal Tournament event log containing check-ins, scores, overtime periods, winners, technical incidents, disputes, integrity reviews, forfeits, and material administrative decisions. Echo may also maintain a public-facing bracket updated after certified results.
